  1. NCTA enrollment at 4 year high- The enrollment at Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture at Curtis is at a 4 year high, announced the dean of NCTA. There enrollment is up 28% from last year, with a total of 384 students. There is also students in high school taking online classes through NCTA.

  2. Cooler weather, rain hinder work in fields
    The cold weather and amount of rain has slowed things down for farmers. Irrigation was in its final stages when all of this occurred. The corn silage harvest began in southern countries. Hay harvest has been put on hold.
